Returns Policy:

Bear Studio Cornwall accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.No products may be returned to Bear Studio Cornwall without the prior written consent of Bear Studio Cornwall and are subject to a return charge.

Placement of an order

Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to the account the order originally was paid from.

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Bear Studio Cornwall assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control. Items will be dispatched 1-3 business days.
